I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults in the Kansas City area. My journey in mental health began with a Master of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis on clinical skills from Washburn University. Since then, I've had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including community mental health, crisis intervention,, in-home family therapy, and school based consultations. These diverse experiences provide me with a deep and compassionate understanding of the challenges our community faces.

In 2011, I started my private practice dedicated to providing supportive and empathetic care with high-quality, evidence-based therapy. It is very important to me to offer individual psychotherapy with ethical guidance, honesty, openness and nonjudgemental acceptance to every individual. I offer the flexibility of both in person and telehealth sessions.
